Deer River - Approximately 80 acres of riverfront property having about 1400 feet on each side of Deer River. The shoreline varies but is generally clean and reasonably well defined. The property is situated about 3.5 km South of the dam below Wollaston Lake and roughly 3 km North of where Deer River joins Crowe River. The former Colonization Road (now known as Bank Robbers Lane) from The South Road, has fallen into disuse and may now be undefinable before it gets to the property and the river.
